Madeleine joined Shore Lawyers in October 2023, having recently graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of International and Global Studies and a Juris Doctor. Madeleine’s primary area of practice is wills and estate litigation, including family provision and contested probate claims. She also enjoys assisting with other general practice matters including litigation, drafting wills and Probate applications.

A keen interest in accessibility to justice has been garnered after having spent over three years as a Paralegal within two organisations that provided pro bono assistance to members of the community. Madeleine understands the overwhelm faced by many clients who find themselves having to navigate complex legal matters following the death of a loved one. She endeavours to guide clients through challenging matters with diligence and empathy.
