Practice Manager / Senior Paralegal
Rao is responsible for overseeing the administrative and business operations of the practice while providing tailored guidance to our team members to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practice for delivery of legal services. As a part of this role, Rao ensures appropriate systems are implemented and continually developed to provide informed and innovative recommendations for delivery of exceptional, cost-effective, and expeditious legal services.
In addition to his role as the Practice Manager, Rao is currently undertaking his Practical Legal Training and is anticipated to be admitted to practice as a Solicitor in NSW by September 2023, after which he will transition into a legal practitioner role within the Shore Lawyers. In the meantime, Rao provides invaluable support to the litigation team of Shore Lawyers in a broad range of complex litigation matters in a diverse range of areas of law, including commercial, equity, family, criminal and estate matters.
Rao also has attained a Masters Degree in Cyber Security Analysis and a Masters Degree in Criminology.
